Hi, I’m Danni – naturopath, kinesiologist, author & creator of the Overcome Food Cravings Program.  While other naturopaths and health coaches might tell you to restrict certain foods, ignore your cravings and ‘distract yourself’ when a craving arises, I come from a more practical approach.

You see, I’ve struggled with food cravings myself.  I get it.  I know that going for a walk doesn’t stop the craving for chocolate, and I know that struggling against willpower at 8pm generally ends up in a whole packet of chips that vanishes before your very eyes.

I’ve done a tonne of work on myself, and with hundreds of clients, to help them understand where the cravings are coming from and take simple steps to correct it at the source.  That means eliminating cravings before they even begin – and ultimately, willpower battles become a thing of the past.

What's involved in the program?

You have four videos to watch (all under 10 mins each), an audio file (7 mins) and heaps of PDF resources.  They’re all yours to download and go through at your own pace.

Do I need to be tech-savvy?

As long as you can use email and press ‘play’ on a video, you’ll ace it!

Does it cover all cravings?

The program decodes over 15 specific cravings – which are the ones I’ve observed and worked with in hundreds of clients over the years.

When can I start?

Is there 1:1 support?

The course is entirely self-paced, so there’s no 1:1 support from me.  Individual sessions with me start at $180/hr.

Is it a diet program?

It’s the complete opposite.  The program teaches you how to stop cravings before they arise, so you don’t need to restrict or deprive yourself any more.  No dieting, no willpower.
