My Story

When I look back at the years I spent stressing about food, and my weight, my appearance, my friendships and relationships, and everything else I could possible worry about… I cringe.

All those days I spent wishing I was someone else, somewhere else, doing anything else..

 I woke up one day and realised I was sick of living the same monotonous day, over and over again, waiting for a holiday to take me away from it all.  That’s when I realised I wanted to create a life that I didn’t need to escape from.

The diets, the stress & anxiety I put myself through, all that time hating my body – it was all so draining!  Now, I can actually enjoy life without stressing about every little thing, and I help my clients do the same.


My Values & Beliefs

I believe in individuality

What works for someone else does not necessarily work for you.  Hate kale? Don’t eat it! Hate the gym? Do a different kind of exercise!  I help all of my clients, in group programs and 1:1, to create healthy lifestyles that work for their individual situation & needs.

I believe in self-empowerment

I don’t want to you rely on me forever, and I don’t want to “fix” your health issues.  I believe in self-empowerment, and that means sharing my knowledge with you so that you can take responsibility and control of your health in the long-term.

I believe we create our reality

You can’t create a different outcome with the same thoughts, feelings and beliefs that created your current reality.  Addressing mindset is a massive part of the work that I do with my clients – it’s the foundation of long-lasting change.

Health can be simple

I don’t see health as something defined, but rather, something that looks and feels different for each individual.  I don’t think perfection is real.  I don’t believe that what works for one person will work for everyone.

I believe it’s about balance – not “all or nothing”.

‘Healthy’ is about doing the best you can, for yourself and for your family.  It’s about taking care of your body so that you feel good, not to look good.   Health is not just physical, but mental and emotional and spiritual, too.  

Feeling healthy and happy, and creating a life you love can be really, really simple.  It can be stress-free, uncomplicated, and inexpensive.  And I’m here to show you how.
