Hi, I’m Danni – naturopath, kinesiologist, intuitive coach and author of “Quit Stressing About Food!”.  After working with women in 1:1 consultations for years, I saw the same thing over and over again: women and mums who spent way too much of their precious time stressing and worrying about their food choices for themselves and their families.  I wrote this book to debunk the myths around healthy eating and help you get back to basics with food – saving you time, money and stress in the process.
